I started out selling custom ranch homes in Sand Canyon, and I've spent the twenty years since working across the Santa Clarita Valley. The same neighbourhoods, the same schools, the same builders. So when you ask me whether a price is fair, or which floor plan actually holds its value, you'll get a straight answer rather than a maybe.
I'm also trained as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist and an Accredited Buyer's Representative — which mostly means I've learned how to slow down and do this properly. Most of my work comes from people I've helped before, and from their families.
Outside of the work, I sit on the board of our local real estate association and raise money for organisations around the valley. This is where I live, so it matters to me how it turns out.
